Framesoft is pleased to announce the introduction & rollout of the Framesoft Document Management (FDM) Version 3.4 providing the following new or extended functionalities:
- Extended FDM Integration with MS Office and MS Outlook
- Provision of FDM Adobe Standard Integration Module
- Provision of FDM Adobe Professional Integration Module
Framesoft Document Management (FDM) is a software solution for professional document management. It allows the creation of the required organizational structures as well as all types of documents to be saved and searched for by assigning keywords configured on the basis of self-defined business rules. FDM can be accessed via:
- FDM Browser Interface
- Microsoft Office Integration Modules /Add-Ins for
- MS Word,
- MS Excel,
- MS PowerPoint and
- MS Outlook
- Add-In for Adobe Reader
- Add-In for Acrobat Standard / Professional
- Access via Virtual File System (VFS) (access to FDM via MS Windows File Explorer)
- Direct scanning via Framesoft’s Scanning Solution (FSS)
- Tight integration with all Framesoft’s solutions
- Interfacing via Web Services
