Framesoft Document Management (FDM) is a software solution for filing, archiving and retrieving documents.

The filing structure and the categories of keywords to be assigned to a document can be freely configured. Different configurations for each organization unit are supported.

A scanning interface allows easy storage of electronic images of paper documents making direct access to paper-based archives obsolete.

FDM keeps a complete version history and audit trail of documents.

Documents can be searched by keywords and phrases or via full-text search. Third-party OCR software can be plugged in allowing for full-text search of scanned documents and images.

A replication module provides compliance with typical BCP requirements.

FDM can be accessed through a web browser. No client-side installation is required.

FDM is tightly integrated with Framesoft Contract Repository (FCR) allowing the archiving of execution copies and results of finalized negotiations.
