MasterAgreements.com

MasterAgreements.com is an improvement to the negotiation procedure for master agreements. It offers the opportunity to negotiate master agreements electronically via the Internet. Using MasterAgreements.com simplifies and speeds up the negotiation of master agreements and thereby reduces legal and credit risk and optimizes the negotiation workflow

MasterAgreements.com is based on Framesoft's Business Process Management product FON.

MasterAgreements.com features an intuitive user interface and includes built-in help to guide users through the negotiation process.

Customers using MaserAgreements.com can easily invite their counterparts or law firms to join the Internet-based negotiation. MasterAgreements.com automatically provides these parties with access details via automated e-mails.

MasterAgreements.com allows documents to be split into clauses. Each clause can then be subject to its own negotiation allowing work on different clauses of the same document in parallel. As an example, legal questions can be dealt with by in house or external counsel, whilst at the same time economic terms and conditions can be reconciled by the respective business departments. Several internal approval and decision procedures can be initiated in parallel. MasterAgreements.com monitors these procedures and issues reminders if due dates have been missed.

All agreements are centrally stored on the MasterAgreements.com server and can therefore be be accessed by all members of the collaboration process independent of location or time. All interactions of members of the negotiation project such as revisions of documents or comments are logged and can be reviewed if necessary.
