Framesoft is introducing Framesoft Structured Products (FSP) 14, a major step toward an AI-driven product issuance process. The release keeps the existing coverage of design, automated issuance, regulatory documentation, distribution and lifecycle management, and adds Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) throughout the steps users already perform.

FSP already supports highly automated straight-through processing as well as manually managed and exception-driven issuance. FSP 14 does not replace those operating models. It adds intelligence inside them: opportunity analysis, product recommendations, data capture, issuance configuration, document generation and verification, regulatory support, approvals, natural-language workflow assistance, distribution insight and lifecycle monitoring.

Users will be able to configure their own widgets and working environment so that complex issuance processes are organized around individual responsibilities. Deployment remains on-premises, cloud or SaaS. FSP 14 is scheduled to be available from October 2026.

Framesoft Contract Repository (FCR) Version 5 continues the shift from a central repository to intelligent contract management. Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) is no longer a separate analytical module. It is available in the screens and workflows where contractual work is already done: Talk to FCR, contract analysis, extraction, reconciliation, drafting and document generation.

FAI 2.1 introduces multi-model quorum validation. Several independent models analyze the same contractual task; results are compared and consolidated. The intent is higher consistency and less dependence on a single model interpretation, with the same FCR permissions and audit trail.

FCR 5 also adds a dedicated Amendment Handling module, further workflow coverage, Framesoft Docs template improvements, a real-time netting flag and enhancements to the Netting Analyzer. The technology platform moves to OpenJDK 25. Deployment remains on-premises, private cloud or SaaS.

Ask the contract repository questions in natural language. Semantic retrieval returns answers inside the user’s existing FCR rights.

Framesoft Business Management (FBM) connects finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, point of sale and people management through one governed environment, starting with FBM Finance.
