Framesoft Protocol Adherence (FPA) records adherence to industry protocols, including ISDA protocol lists, at counterparty and agreement level inside FCR. Bilateral negotiation status stays visible beside it.

Protocols without a bilateral rewrite
Adherence to a protocol removes the need to negotiate the same terms bilaterally. FPA extends FCR master data with protocol and agreement types, and with the regulatory fields each one requires. On a counterparty those fields include protocol adherence, PR code and submit date, for principal and agent. On an agreement, a regulation tab shows the status of bilateral negotiation.
ISDA lists
Adhering parties can be loaded from an ISDA protocol full list or a delta file. A protocol is identified by name and a party by organisation LEI. The upload updates adherence, options and PR code, writes an audit entry, and returns a summary. The Agreement API can perform the same load. A protocol-adherence search covers bilateral agreements and ISDA protocols, and the result exports to Excel.
