Framesoft Contract Repository (FCR) Version 5 continues the shift from a central repository to intelligent contract management. FAI is no longer a separate analytical module. It is available in the screens and workflows where contractual work is already done: Talk to FCR, contract analysis, extraction, reconciliation, drafting and document generation.

FAI 2.1 introduces multi-model quorum validation. Several independent models analyze the same contractual task; results are compared and consolidated. The intent is higher consistency and less dependence on a single model interpretation, with the same FCR permissions and audit trail.

FCR 5 also adds a dedicated Amendment Handling module, further workflow coverage, Framesoft Docs template improvements, a real-time netting flag and enhancements to the Netting Analyzer. The technology platform moves to OpenJDK 25. Deployment remains on-premises, private cloud or SaaS.

Talk to FCR lets users search, analyze and navigate contracts by asking questions rather than constructing keyword queries. The FCR data model and customer-specific structures are interpreted first, so questions about termination rights, downgrade triggers, MAC clauses or regulatory obligations resolve against meaning, not identical wording.

Each question is executed exclusively within the user’s authorized permissions. Follow-up questions refine the analysis. Complete sessions can be preserved for audit and re-execution.

The next generation of contract interaction inside FCR: natural language, semantic AI, and answers drawn from the repository you already govern.

A European financial institution went live with Framesoft Contract Repository as SaaS inside a twelve-month programme.

FCR, FSP, FFM and FDM are available as SaaS, hosted on Amazon Web Services, with dedicated environments and Microsoft Entra ID.
