AccountingFlow is browser-based and combines document intake, OCR, AI-supported document analysis, booking proposal creation, approval workflows, reporting, and audit-ready traceability in one integrated system. Incoming supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other accounting documents are analysed automatically and transformed into structured accounting proposals for review and posting.
The platform is designed to reduce manual accounting work, improve data quality, and give finance teams faster access to reliable financial information. Users remain in control at every step: AI prepares the work, while accounting staff can review, correct, approve, reject, and trace each decision before postings are finalized.
AccountingFlow includes AI-based document interpretation, AP and AR processing, business partner recognition, payment recognition, tax reporting based on document evidence, searchable document history, and management reporting.
