Framesoft is pleased to introduce Framesoft Structured Products (FSP) 14 marking a major step forward in intelligent, automated structured product issuance and lifecycle management.

FSP 14 News

With FSP 14, Framesoft is taking the next significant step towards an AI-driven product issuance process. The new release combines the established end-to-end capabilities of Framesoft Structured Products (FSP) with a substantially enhanced user experience and the deep integration of Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) throughout the business processes supported by the platform.

FSP already provides financial institutions with an integrated platform covering the complete structured product lifecycle—from product design and automated issuance through regulatory documentation, distribution and lifecycle management.

FSP supports both highly automated Straight-Through Processing scenarios and manually managed or exception-driven issuance processes.

AI Integrated Throughout the Issuance Process

A key focus of FSP 14 is the integration of Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) into the structured product issuance process. Rather than providing AI as an isolated functionality, FSP 14 is designed to make AI capabilities available within the individual business steps executed by users and automated workflows.

Potential areas for AI-supported processing include:

  • Market & product opportunity analysis - Analyzing market data, existing/pending issuances & relevant information to identify potential issuance opportunities
  • Product design & recommendations – tailored product suggestions, complementary product ideas and analysis of product characteristics.
  • Intelligent data capture & enrichment – extracting, validating & enriching product, underlying, market & reference data from documents & connected systems.
  • Issuance configuration support – assisting users in determining relevant parameters, product characteristics and issuance configurations.
  • Document & content generation – supporting preparation of term sheets, pricing supplements, regulatory documentation and other issuance-related content.
  • Document analysis & verification – analyzing generated or received documents for completeness, consistency and alignment with product data.
  • Regulatory & compliance support – helping users identify relevant regulatory requirements, inconsistencies or information requiring additional review.
  • Business & legal approvals – providing contextual information and intelligent decision support to users involved in review and approval processes.
  • Workflow assistance – interacting with issuance processes using natural language & obtain contextual information about tasks, exceptions & required actions.
  • Distribution support – assisting with the preparation and tailoring of information for different distribution channels and stakeholders.
  • Investor & distribution insights – using available data to identify investor preferences and support more targeted product and communication strategies.
  • Market & lifecycle monitoring – analysing market developments and monitoring product events such as coupons, barriers, early redemptions and maturities.
  • Operational analysis – identifying exceptions, inconsistencies & opportunities to further improve Straight-Through Processing & operational efficiency.

AI functionality remains embedded within the controlled FSP environment, complementing established workflows, approval processes, audit trails and governance mechanisms.

A New User Experience

FSP 14 will also introduce a further improved, state-of-the-art user interface designed to make complex issuance processes more intuitive and efficient.

An important enhancement will be the ability for users to configure their own widgets and working environment. This allows users to organize relevant information according to their individual responsibilities and business processes.

The redesigned interface is intended to provide users with a clearer view of their activities while reducing the effort required to navigate complex product issuance and lifecycle processes.

Supporting Automated & Manual Issuance Models

FSP supports a broad range of operating models, including fully automated issuance programs, manual product creation, product databases, externally initiated term sheet generation and Auto-Issue scenarios.

Automated Issuance Programs can use predefined market conditions, product parameters, issuance strategies and business rules to identify issuance opportunities and propose products for launch. Depending on the institution's operating model, this can enable Straight-Through Processing from opportunity identification through issuance.

With FSP 14, AI provides an additional intelligence layer that can complement these established automation and rules-based capabilities.

Flexible Deployment

FSP 14 can be operated according to the individual technology and infrastructure strategy of the financial institution:

  • On-premises
  • Cloud
  • Software as a Service (SaaS)

This enables institutions to combine FSP's comprehensive issuance and lifecycle capabilities with the deployment model that best meets their architecture, security and operational requirements.

FSP 14 – Intelligent Issuance from One Integrated Platform

FSP 14 brings together structured product expertise, workflow automation, document generation, regulatory controls, lifecycle management, enterprise integration and Artificial Intelligence within one integrated platform.

The result is a next-generation environment designed to help issuers:

  • accelerate product issuance and time-to-market,
  • increase Straight-Through Processing,
  • reduce operational risk,
  • strengthen governance and regulatory control,
  • improve the user experience,
  • make greater use of existing enterprise and market data, and
  • introduce AI-supported decision-making throughout the structured product lifecycle.

Framesoft Structured Products 14 will be available from October 2026.
