Framesoft announces the release of the enhanced version of Framesoft Artificial Intelligence (FAI) 2.0 — the advanced AI-driven module fully integrated into the Framesoft Contract Management (FCM) platform.
The new FAI version further strengthens automation, transparency, and governance in contract lifecycle management by transforming unstructured contract documents into structured, validated, and actionable data — with full auditability.
Intelligent Contract Analysis – End-to-End
FAI digitally ingests contracts in many different formats and applies Optical Character Recognition (OCR) where required. Through semantic analysis, it identifies agreement types, document structures, and legal context across master agreements, amendments, annexes, and schedules.
Agreement-type-specific data points — including counterparty information, governing law, termination provisions, collateral and netting clauses, and regulatory classifications — are extracted and automatically reconciled with the Framesoft Contract Repository (FCR).
The new FAI version 2.0 enhances:

The new FAI version introduces a strengthened multi-model configuration. AI-Assisted Contract Generation
Beyond analysis and validation, FAI now further streamlines contract production.
